Delivery Schedule:

We endeavour to ship your order within 1 – 5 working days depending on the level of customisation your order requires and you will be notified by email that the goods have been shipped with a tracking number.

In the rare case that your ordered item is not in stock you will be contacted with alternatives (if possible) and the option of a full refund. Upon request, you can be notified when and item is back in stock. If you are in urgent need of a particular item please contact us via customer.care@giftedfromtheheart.com.au and we can advise on availability.

Tax Charges: All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and include the applicable rate of GST. All international orders are GST free. Orders from within Australia will incur the GST tax and the breakdown of this will be displayed on the final checkout page. (GST Tax is subject to change)

Gifted From The Heart is not responsible for any import, customs duties and/or taxes for international orders, nor are we responsible for the failure of customs to clear the order.

Sale and Clearance Items: Any sale or clearance items are whilst stocks last unless otherwise indicated.

Returns Policy: As many of our products are customised just for you we do not offer returns on customised product unless, we made an error, the product is not fit for purpose, or the product is damaged in transit.


We do not accept unauthorised returns and all returned orders that have not been approved will be held at our warehouse without refund or return at our discretion. Returns will also be approved at our discretion for replacement, full refund, credit or substitution. Once returns have been approved, the customer will be issued with an official Returns Form which must be filled out and sent back with the items to our preferred address. All returns are required to be sent back with tracked/registered shipping and the tracking number must also be supplied to us prior to sending the package.

To be eligible for returns products all items must be in their original condition complete with any packaging


AFTERPAY Returns are eligible and either single items or a whole order return are accepted. If you return your items before your first instalment is paid the amounts equal to your order will be removed from your Afterpay plan and you will not have to pay for them. If the payments have already been made when you return the items, the amounts equal to your returned pieces will be removed from your payment plan and/or the initial payments refunded. If you choose to return certain items from your order and keep others we will remove the returned items from your Afterpay plan and your final instalment amounts will be adjusted or cancelled depending on the return amount. You will be able to view this on your Afterpay payment schedule.


Methods of Payment: All orders are pre-paid. We accept credit card, debit card, AfterPay and PayPal.

We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card. (No American Express/AMEX) We require the cardholder’s name, address, the credit card number, expiry date and the CCV (the last 3 digits of the number on the signature strip of your credit card).

Please note that our online checkout is secure and that we do not store your credit card number.
